MEET CAKE MAKER MEGAN
I’m Megan, the baker behind Post Box Cakes. I bake from my home kitchen based in Thornbury. I’ve always enjoyed baking, even as a child. My dad used to make birthday cakes for all of us but never got one himself, so as soon as I was old enough I took it upon myself to make his birthday cakes. Since then it had been mainly a hobby until 2019. I got caught up in an episode of Cupcake Jemma, that my three-year-old was watching, and thought “I could do this”. I started baking for family and friends, but then expanded into the world of social media and started taking orders for cakes, cupcakes and brownie boxes.

Outside of baking I work as a physiotherapist and have two children. I enjoy the gym, running, rugby, film, travel, reading and spending time with family and friends.
Each month, a fresh delivery of beautiful homemade cakes.
